As always, we have trout, catfish, and prawns available, and in any combination you would like! We are also making single purchases available, as well. Two Ways to CSF this Summer!
We would like to announce for the summer of 2012, there will be two ways to order shares of fish from Cville CSF! In addition to being at the Charlottesville City Market where we have been for the past two years, we are partnering with Bellair Farm this summer, as well! We now provide the option for Bellair members to pick up fish in conjunction with their CSA shares starting June 2. Our summer season at the City Market will begin June 30. We are very excited about the opportunity to join Bellair Farm and hope that you’ll consider having local fish and greens together!

Spring 2012 Shares Now Available!
Registration for our Spring 2012 season is now open! The season will begin at the opening of the Charlottesville City Market on April 7 and will last for 12 weeks (6 biweekly pickups). Please see our brochure below or our “Shares and Delivery” page for more information.
Cville CSF Returns to Farmers’ Market on October 15 – Prorated Shares Available for Remainder of Season
We would like to announce that we will be returning to the Charlottesville City Market tomorrow, October 15. Shares for the fall season are still available. Please see the brochure below for our prorated prices, which account for the four share pickups still remaining in the fall season. Please feel free to order online at our Share/Delivery tab above, or come by the market tomorrow between 7:00 and 12:00 if you would like to order shares in person. Either way, we will be able to give you your first share at the market tomorrow! If you plan to order in person, please send Jack an email (jec7df(at)virginia(dot)edu) so that we can have your order reserved – or be sure to come by early tomorrow to avoid the possibility of us selling out of fish. October 1 Pickup Canceled
Due to a unexpected sickness, we are unable to bring up enough fish from Farmville today. Our sincere apologies to anyone who missed our email yesterday regarding this! Please check your email account for more information regarding what happened. We will return to the market on October 15 as scheduled, and everyone will receive a double share to make up for the pickup missed this week.

Summer Shares Now Available!
Summer shares for Cville CSF are now available! As with our inaugural season, we are offering shares of channel catfish, rainbow trout, and freshwater prawns (shrimp), as well as a package that features all three kinds and one that alternates between catfish and trout. Please see our brochure below for more information. Our pickup dates are June 25, July 9 and 23, August 6 and 20, and September 3.

April 16th Delivery Canceled – Market Closing Early Due to Severe Weather
We just took down our tent from the Charlottesville City Market, which is closing early due to severe weather warnings. I hope this catches anyone intending to come to the market before they leave! Cville CSF Opens at Charlottesville City Market!
The Cville CSF opened at the Charlottesville City Market on April 2! We enjoyed meeting everyone who came by to pick up their first share of fish!
We were also featured in the Daily Progress on the same day, in an article that highlighted some of the new vendors to the Farmers’ Market, which can be found online here.
